The Whistles Autumn/Winter 2006 collection this season is incredibly unique and culturally diverse - it really has got some thing for everyone. London has provided the back drop for this seasons collection as influences all mirroring London streets has really set the scene. The fabrics are sumptuous but subtle and the prints used are dashing and eye catching.

New this season to Whistles is the Collectables limited edition range which I have to say is gorgeous. Targeted at the stylish consumer it brings together all the heritage, exquisite design and quirky detailing you would expect from the brand. Keep an eye out for this collection as it only retails at a few selected stores, which are listed; Kings Road, Westbourne Grove, St Christophers Place, Edinburgh, Oxford, Spitalfields, Nottingham and Selfridges.

Whistles have extended their famous knitwear ranges to encompass oversized knits and smart tank tops which can be mixed and matched enhancing any outfit. Silk dresses are popular this season and can be worn by themselves or over jeans for a more casual look. Tailoring ranges are standing out as high end office wear, and trousers especially are suiting every shape and size. Slouchy in appearance they are comfy and can be worn sharp and smartly.

You really don’t have to be stick thin to suit this new collection, curves are back in and no matter what age or size you are Whistles is a fabulous solution for every woman. Visit a Whistles store near you and get creative.

A good tip is to try on everything to find the perfect piece you are looking for. Women tend to have preconceptions about what they like and don’t like but try to be open with colour and styles - you will only benefit!
