The Modalu London Autumn/Winter 2011 Press Day!
Attending press days are the perfect opportunities for me to get a sneak peek at future collections - and for making mental wish-lists of all the gorgeous items I want! I recently attended the Modalu London Autumn/Winter 2011 Press Day in London and was greeted by an array of beautiful bags, purses and accessories each with their own style and personality!
Croc and snake prints provide beautiful detailing and texture to a variety of bags throughout the collection whilst sophisticated portfolio bags in versatile shades of black, brown, chilli and oak are ideal for day to evening use.
There is a range of different size shoulder and crossbody bags which are suitable for all occasions as well as the Florence clutch which comes with a detachable wrist strap making it a must-have for evening events.
Tassel details on drawstring grabs and gorgeous satchel styles, such as the Libertine, are all top on my list of must-have bags from the collection. I also adore the Love Loren grab bag! Its elegant charm captured my gaze with its handy purse compartment (which provides the flap over part of this style!) and interesting design.
The Irina style is stunning. The soft velvet material in shades of red and blue make them great statement bags – perfect for fashionistas who want to turn a few heads!
