The Kangol and Topshop Collaboration

Topshop are on fine form at the moment and there is even more news to tell you about them!

We all loved Kangol in the early 90’s but unfortunately slowly but surely the iconic Kangol hat trend faded away. Now there is love for Kangol again and Topshop have teamed up with them to produce a collection that incorporates their historical heritage with Topshop’s fashionable twist.

This new collection has been designed in collaboration with Markus Lupfer and it draws inspiration from Kangol’s British and military heritage and from it’s sportswear roots. I love the sound of what I hear, this collection sounds interesting and is both classic and modern.

You will see this collection in traditional fabrics such as cotton, twill and wool. Currently on the Topshop website you will find only a few pieces from the collection, the modern cotton t-shirts, even though quite plain would look cheeky with your favourite skinny jeans and striking burgundy ankle boots. Accessorize this outfit with an oversized bag for a day out shopping.
