Passionata Perks Up With Naughty Showcase

Passionata commissioned David LaChapelle to launch their new sexy lingerie brand with the theme of the campaign being very much a love story between a woman and a horse; an ice sculpted one at that! The show expressed femininity, passion, love and danger through the seduction of burlesque dancing with short animated ‘bond-like’ films enhancing heavily the Passionata brand.

The show in Paris at The Crazy Horse seems like a distant memory now but I have to say it literally was a breathtaking visit. From the moment I arrived at the restaurant it seemed like such an adventure with the hustle and bustle of other European bloggers taking centre stage in discussing their blogs, discovering the contents of their goodie bags and waiting eagerly in anticipation for the Passionata show to begin.

The Crazy Horse venue was every bit what I imagined it to be, intimate and very ‘French daarling’, and once handed my complimentary glass of champagne in turn with catching a glimpse of the beautifully handmade chocolates the show was ready to begin. Seeping into this environment at 3 o’clock in the afternoon was surreal, so far removed from my kind of normality but I was excited and didn’t want it to end ...
