Olivia Palermo shot to fame after appearing in The City, a series on MTV.  Being an American socialite, model and actress she is now constantly featured in top fashion magazines and is always spotted on the front rows at Fashion Week.

I am completely envious of her wardrobe and am always excited to see what her latest fashion choices are.  Olivia admits she shops in high street stores such as Zara, Mango and Topshop proving you don’t have to spend a lot to look as super stylish as her.  She teams these affordable pieces with something expensive and special making for a great mix.

This fashion ‘It Girl’ always looks so immaculate and polished and tends to experiment with a range of patterns and colours.  It’s like everything seems to suit her – I may be a little jealous!  She can totally rock a maxi skirt or dress whether she teams them with a chunky jumper, biker jacket or shirt.  A recent outfit choice she said she loves is floral pants, a simple jumper and pair of heels – this makes for an ideal transitional look this season.

It’s hard to pinpoint a main style for Olivia as she always incorporates the latest trends and styles into her looks resulting in a variety of different outfits for different occasions.  Her daywear is effortlessly chic and has been seen sporting either a simple shirt dress with flats and a statement bag as she strolls the streets of New York or a t-shirt teamed with a chic jacket and skinny trousers.  For evening events her style choices vary from elegant embellished dresses, simple yet flattering shift dresses or a chic tailored pant suit.

It’s no wonder Olivia Palermo’s fashion choices never go unnoticed.  Her style appeals to most women and I adore the way she rocks the latest trends each season giving us fashionistas and shoppers inspiration for our own wardrobes!
