Matthew Williamson’s Spring 2010 Ready-To-Wear Collection

One of my favourite designers Matthew Williamson has a great range of hot creative looks from his Spring 2010 Ready-To-Wear Collection.  Fresh vibrant colours and patterns keep the pieces looking feminine and oh so perfect for the hotter weather whilst rich embellishment detail adds a flare of character.

Williamson’s trademark super skinny trousers are featured in the collection as well as paper-bag-waisted shorts and long floaty dresses – which are definitely more suited for evening occasions rather than the beach!  Pastel shades and interesting patterns are used to create chic daytime outfits whilst vivid jewel like colours are used for the more tailored pieces.  There’s also a hint of masculinity with the combination of blazers and jackets teamed with embellished feminine dresses and a sheer blouse.  Silk draping and geometric beading patterns are also used throughout the range making for some stunning pieces!

A definite 10 out of 10 from me for Matthew Williamson’s Spring Ready-To-Wear 2010 Collection!
