Karen Millen has unveiled their latest Spring/Summer ‘08 collection yesterday and as we expected they have struck gold again.
Super fitted leather jackets to wear over high wasted jeans with contrasting details, perfect for an effortless urban chic. Safari shift dresses in oyster and tan with a touch of Seventies influence. Sheer organza and pretty chiffon detailing create key pieces like a flirty transparent blouse or a dramatic trench dress with a voluminous 50’s silhouette.
Daring cocktails dresses were draping in beautiful jewel colors: emerald, sapphire, yellow, coral. An irresistible rainbow of shades guaranteed to lift your mood and make you stand out from the crowd. And as the current trend desires, there were shoes and handbags to match, for a head-to-toe polished look.
It is a fact that I love the accessories that Karen Millen has focused on crafting in this collection; leather belts, glamorous jewellery, handbags and clutches, there has never been so much choice.
And then there are, of course the fabulous shoes! The girls at TopStylista particularly love these spicy orange courts; they are so gorgeous and will be worth braving February’s cold!
