I just looooooove shoes and if you can’t resist reading on then I know you feel exactly the same.

This season has witnessed a real quirky trend and everyone is in on it - Marc Jacobs, Dior, Sonia Rykiel, Chanel and Versace are some of the fashion houses embarking on this trend.

If you don’t quite have the budget to splurge out some brand new heeled beauties then please don’t worry as you can also get these great trends for a steal at some on my favourite high street stores such as New Look, Nine West, Office, Red or Dead at Schuh and Topshop to name but a few. I have listed a few splurges and steals for you to peruse at.

Bold, bright colours are all the rage, animal prints and unusual but not the norm designs are exactly what it’s all about so please enjoy!

Marc Jacobs Block Colour Mary Jane’s - £295.00
I know this and the following heels are high but you have to admit that they demand attention. With their block heel and striking colour, these Mary Jane’s do just that whilst looking very cute too.

Team with a cute pussy bow printed blouse like this one from French Connection (£30), paired with these high-waisted shorts from ASOS (£22).

Christian Louboutin Very Prive Pumps - £530.00
These heeled pumps are so hot. Teamed with a gorgeous pair of navy blue or black skinny jeans and a purple or white blouse will complement these shoes nicely. Try these high waisted jeans from Topshop (£45).

Miu Miu Floral Carved Sandals - £275.00
Miu Miu has created these stunning floral, beautifully carved sandals with a 3D effect. Tan leather is a great neutral that suits pretty much every skin tone too so please get your pinkies preened to perfection for these delectable sandals. These would be complemented greatly with a three quarter length trouser in white or this silk mini dress from 12th Street by Cynthia Vincent (£205).

Chloe Patent Leather Sandals - £300.00
Chloe has taken encasing to a different level. The lower heel is purple here, which adds a daring streak to these heels. A great choice for those of you who are tall enough without heels or who just don’t feel comfortable tottering on cobbled streets.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Strappy Sandals - £227.00
I’m a sucker for dusky pink ... sorry!  These sandals do it for me in a big way. The white cone heel and ankle strap are so delicate and feminine, whilst the heel is sexy in a subtle and kitsch style.
