ShopStyle.co.uk is the latest fashion website to grace the UK after an incredible success story in the States. The site is like a giant fashion search engine crossed with a rather quirky social network.
When it comes to shopping, you simply enter in what you are looking for and the clever technology returns loads of relevant searches by brand, price, designer or store. Once you’ve found the item you’re after you can purchase it there and then… no hassle. It takes out a great deal of the hard work searching around for fashion.
Then there comes the social networking side of things, you can create your own ‘Look Book’ and share styles with other members or perhaps get some inspiration from others. As you’d expect you can add images, connect with other members and vote on styles.
We’ve had a good play with the site and found it incredibly simple to use and far simpler than the likes of OSOYOU.com, which overcomplicates what should be a rather simple online shopping experience.

Shop Style are currently running a competition and looking for a talented young designer to feature on their site from 1st December 2008 to 31st March 2009.
Bay Garnet will be selecting three of the most inspirational designers and adding you to her own Stylebook on the site> You’ll also be promoted through a press release issued to fashion and lifestyle media. Entries must be received by midnight on 15 October 2008 and successful applicants will be notified by 01 November 2008.
