The Butterfly Bra by Ashley Stewart is being touted as the saviour of voluptuous women everywhere. It’s been designed in conjunction with Jill Scott, the two-time Grammy Award-winning recording artist who has talked passionately about her own search for a comfortable bra that doesn’t dig in and supports in all the right places.

Jill Scott has said “that I have never found everything I need in a bra.”

As result she has worked with Ashley Stewart to produce a bra that deals with a wide array of design issues that modern bras don’t tackle.

These include:

• Uncomfortable underwiring.

• Poor support.

• Uncomfortable material.

• Not enough coverage at the front.

• Straps digging in.

Jill Scott is claiming that the Ashley Stewart Butterfly Bra will deal with all these problems - for example the issue of support is dealt with by shoulder straps and under supports filled with gel.

The Butterfly Bra isn’t available yet, but early reports are that it’s sympathetic design will make it a best seller for curvy women everywhere.

Please email me when the bras are made to be sold to the public.

I was 9 when overnight my chest went from flat to a B cup, unfortunately, my mother was not knowledgeable enough about bras or a child’s muscles to buy me a bra, and it was at least a year before I got one, thereby the muscles were lossen and since then my breast have hung instead of having support.

I, like Jill Scott have never found a comfortable bra, I hate the wires and always wondered why men, seem to like large breast but no one has done anything to realistically help the women with such.  I am now 59 and am a 36 C and STILL LOOKING FOR A COMFORTABLE, PAIN FREE BRA!!

Thank you, Lupe Avery Avila

I called a store and was told I can pre-order on their site...but that there is a delay of 4-6 weeks:

“Due to overwhelming demand we are currently backordered on this product. We anticipate delivery to our customers in 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience.”

I like the idea. I also went from nothing to a B cup (like Guadalupe Avery Avila) and it was really hard, especially since my sister’s didn’t fill in until they were about 14 and I when I was 12. I don’t mind the underwire at all, my issue is the support. I have a small body and it seems like the straps don’t ever tighten to wear I need it, I find myself always buying racer-backs because I can tighten the straps and them pull them together for more support. but now I find that that doesn’t even work. I’ve tried changing sizes but the cup is always ether too big, or too small. Hopefully I can find this bra so I can be a normal 18 year old…

I was so excited to hear about this bra from a friend who knew the trouble I was having with the weight of my breasts.  I was shocked to find out you have to be big and big breasted to be able to have one of these innovative bras!! What gives?? People that are smaller around with bigger breasts need the same support! Believe me!!  I have 36FF’s. Boy do I feel gipped.
