One of my old favourites Buddhist Punk has teamed up with the Limited Edition New York project this season for the second time running.

The project launched at New York Fashion Week and came up with the idea of assembling the fashion industry for good causes. Initially it saw the likes of Kate Moss, actress Gwyneth Paltrow and supermodel Christy Turlington donate their designs for Buddhist Punk to turn into fashion products.

This season, Richard Branson, supermodel Natalia Vodianova and British make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury are some of the celebrity co-designers involved with the project.

The garments will be sold in the most prestigious multi-brand boutiques and department stores worldwide with net proceeds going to Al Gore’s association, The Climate Project. The association works to raise awareness on the dramatic effects of global warming and takes actions to persuade citizens and governments of the urgent necessity to solve this environmental crisis.
