Brown & Harris launch their first scented candle

Traditional English toiletries brand Brown & Harris is a range that proves that you don’t have to be on the front line of the catwalk to be covetable and totally coveted. This kitsch selection of toiletries and home fragrance products is inspired by the English Country Flower Garden and contains three pretty floral ranges: English Rose, Lavender and Lily of the Valley.

A while back I heard news that Brown & Harris might be adding a scented candle to their range and to my delight this rumour has come into fruition in the form of the English Rose Luxury Candle. The candle is made from soya wax (100% pure natural soya bean to be precise) which is super sustainable, and a linen woven wick, which has an extended burn life of 40 hours!

Unlike the rest of the range, the candle has very minimal packaging but perhaps this is because its creators realised that this candle can sell itself on smell alone. Quite literally, this candle can fill a room with its sugary rose fragrance. Rose perfume lovers, this is a must have treat, which will remind you of sweet English cream teas in the countryside.
