Ayten Gasson’s Spring/Summer 2011 Collection – stunning lingerie inspired by nature!
Inspired by nature is the idea behind Ayten Gasson’s beautiful Spring/Summer 2011 Collection. Shapes and details taken from traditional British flowers are fused with feminine colours such as sweet pea cerise, freesia white, peachy rose and black orchid to create a stunning range of flirty, stylish lingerie sets.

Embellishments are made on each item using gathered frill made from gorgeous silk and lace outlining the silhouette of flowers such as English Primrose. There are some beautiful new shapes in the Spring/Summer 2011 range which includes a stunning padded silk balcony bra and the new skirted tap pant which exudes a slight old Hollywood look. Ayten Gasson’s signature skirted knickers and vintage inspired teddies make a return as well as matching silk padded eyemasks which are still available for each range.
All of the production is kept in the UK focusing on quality in each item which is extremely apparent throughout the collection.
Ayten explains –
“Nottingham lace is renowned for its high quality and beauty with Leavers lace being the most exceptional. Sadly with the demand for this lace falling it is no longer produced in high quantities. This is why I am constantly sourcing vintage lace to create something unique. One of our laces comes from one of the last remaining lace makers in Nottingham, Roger Watson, who supplied lace for both Diana Princess of Wales and Sarah Ferguson’s wedding dresses. So it is of the highest quality.”
