What I always love about Ashlee Simpson’s style is the hint of her rock style image she throws into it and the fact that she manages to balance out the edgy/sophisticated look with such ease.

This cute black strapless dress is £39 from Motel Rocks. I would wear it as a great going out dress, teamed with a pair of killer heels and I’ll be good to go! Sizes available are XS (Size 8), S (Size 10) and M (Size 12).

You could always add a chunkier belt around the waist or some bright coloured tights to change the look of the outfit depending on whether you’re going for a day look or evening look. These black high panel court shoes are £30 from ASOS and actress Kate Bosworth was recently sported a similar style to these. Sizes range from UK 3 to UK 8.
