Anna Sui Ready-To-Wear Collection is looking bright and beautiful for Spring 2009 – get ready for big bold prints, detailed embellishment and vibrant colours!

I’m not usually the one to wear a lot of colour – but these outfits are gorgeously styled from the big straw hats and amazing costume jewellery to the quirky footwear and high waisted floaty skirts.

The mixture of these colours and prints seems to create a tribal safari look, which I think totally works!  Beautiful golds and studded gladiator sandals are used in this collection, along with the dresses and skirts stopping mid thigh which is flattering and not too long or too short – a great length for spring!

Shift dresses and peasant tops give a glam bohemian feel to the clothing, while the matador inspired outfits with the cropped jackets and trousers include a masculine edge.  We love the black and white contrasted colours used with the colourful girly brights - they work well.
