Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush is one of the hottest places to visit for a bit of retail therapy and they recently opened the Stylistpick pop-up shop for shoppers and fashion lovers to browse round.  There was even a fan signing session by the one and only Cheryl Cole on Friday 24th February who has designed a gorgeous shoe collection for the online retailer – all at affordable prices too!

image

Cheryl commented:

“It’s been really lovely to meet my fans who are such an inspiration to me. I hope they enjoy the shoes I have designed as much as I enjoyed creating them.”

This is the first time the online accessories retailer has opened a pop-up shop so is definitely worth checking out.  Cheryl’s hugely successful debut Stylistpick collection which features signature pumps, ankle and biker boots, is on sale in store, alongside Stylistpick’s own range of bags and shoes.

The fabulous must-visit pop-up shop runs until March 10th so there is still plenty of time to visit and snap up some new shoes or a bag.  In store activity includes Q&A sessions from Grace Woodward, Louise Roe launching her exclusive S/S Collection (which I can’t wait for!) and trend presentations from the Stylistpick team who will also be photographing cool looking customers and posting their pictures in store and online.  Exciting!

Stylistpick believe every woman should have access to fashion’s latest trends no matter what her location, schedule and budget.  With these factors in mind the online retailer was born and has become extremely popular since launching.  It is a monthly membership programme that provides you with access to fashion experts and their hottest picks fusing the experience of browsing a store online with the luxury of having a personal stylist.  Once you become a member, fashion stylists will review your individual style profile before recommending a selection of gorgeous accessories every month – your bank balance and wardrobe will be thanking you!

One of London’s hottest new shopping destinations, One New Change, teamed up with GQ on Thursday 27th October 2011 to celebrate their first birthday by hosting three unmissable fashion shows!

With stunning views of St Paul’s Cathedral, One New Change is packed full of high street and designer stores plus is also home to the city’s most exciting new restaurants from Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsey.

The GQ fashion show took place on the 6th floor of the shopping mall and featured brands such as Banana Republic, H&M, Hugo Boss, Reiss, Ketroy, Springfield, T.M. Lewin and Topman.  Some of this season’s must-have trends were incorporated into the array of stylish outfits plus all of the ticket proceeds from the fashion shows will go to The Prince’s Trust.

Layering of tops, jumpers and jackets was seen throughout the show which is a perfect look for winter.  Skinny and slim chinos and cord trousers made for sexy silhouettes whilst herringbone, tweed and earthy tone jackets, some featuring elbow patches, added a countryside edge to the outfits.

Neutral shades of black, navy, brown and grey were mixed in with shades of green, red, orange and claret – a lovely autumn/winter palette.  Chunky knitwear such as cardigans and jumpers were worn over shirts for a smart, casual take on daywear.  The range of versatile jackets and coats complimented the variety of trends throughout the show, from double breasted to pea styles.  Checked is a must-have print for this season too and adorned shirts and jackets.

Stunning suits in a variety of styles were kept classic and clean.  Smart shirt and tie combinations are ideal for day and evening or for a more casual vibe, a grey suit jacket and trousers were teamed with a mustard sweater – a great update to the working mans wardrobe!

A fantastic show to celebrate One New Change’s first birthday!
