Celebrities such as Kate Moss, Beyonce and Kate Hudson are fans of fashion brand Muks (the original Mukluk Boot) which offer style, comfort and pure luxury. For Autumn/Winter 2011 we can see the arrival of the new LUXE Muks range.
Worth every penny the LUXE collection sees a hint of 1970s Bohemia and is made up of gorgeous knee-high wedge styles as well as ankle boots with a Mongolian trim. They are fully-lined with shearling and come in luxury styles of lavish blue fox, sheared Canadian beaver, chinchilla, and Mongolian lamb. The subtle colour palette of brown, black and grey gives this collection versatility and makes them must-haves for the cold months ahead. These are not for the faint hearted!
Studded suede and luxurious fur is what gives the Mukluk its modern feel and look whilst still retaining its Native Canadian Aboriginal and 70s bohemian inspirations. The Original Boot and Classic Half Boot continues in the AW11 Collection but are updated with colour ways in taupe, soul tan and deep blue. Each beautiful style features fur and suede in muted tones, with hand-finished beading in diamond, or more traditional chevron patterns. These ultra stylish boots will fit perfectly into your winter wardrobe. Teamed with a pair of skinny jeans and a chunky jumper, you can’t go wrong!
The Muks Wrap Collection is available in a stunning winter palette of deep blues and moka brown, embellished with three-way stitched beadwork in moss green, sand, chocolate and sage. They are guaranteed to keep your feet cosy and warm and the wrap detailing gives the range a contemporary feel. An added bonus is that they come in short and tall versions too depending on what style you are after!

It’s official girls – the Forever 21 store in London has now opened its doors at 360 Oxford Street bringing a slice of Californian chic to the UK! And I can tell you this – it is amazing!

Fans literally queued round the block on Wednesday 27th July 2011 for the grand opening of the store which boasts an impressive 3 floors full of clothes, accessories and shoes. A fashionista’s dream! I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek of the store before it opened to the public and I just didn’t know where to look. Stylish, affordable clothing lined the walls offering a fabulous range of styles. I wanted everything! Forever 21’s Autumn collections could be seen throughout the store which included Ivy League-style preppy blazers and baseball jackets, Navajo-inspired prints, 70’s bohemian knits and crochets, grungy laces and faux leathers plus a vintage collection inspired by 50’s and 60’s glamour. The vast array of jewellery was impressive too from quirky pieces to more feminine girly designs.

Blogger Bip Ling was there and treated three extremely lucky shoppers in the queue to a personal in-store styling session while roller skating girls served mango ice-cream. Exciting!
