I’ve been a fan of Gossard lingerie for a while now. They produce such gorgeous sets at reasonable prices making every woman who wears them feel sexy and confident as the brand itself is famous for enhancing women’s shapes.
The latest set I got my fashionista hands on is The French Fancy Non Padded Plunge Bra with briefs – a beautiful set in midnight made from sheer lace with delicate gold trimming. It is designed to support you in the most comfortable of ways and I must say this is very true and it fits me perfectly.

I’ve always wanted to give shapewear a try. The promise of lifting and slimming your figure is always something women dream of! But having heard mixed reviews in the past I was a little sceptical. Curiosity got the better of me though and I chose two pieces of shapewear from Lingerie Please – both made by Cette. The Revolution Magic Knickers Support and the Evolution Midriff Tummy Thigh and Rear Shaper!
I was quite excited when they arrived but seeing the women on the front of the packaging wearing the items did make me think I would no way look like that! When it came round to opening them up and actually seeing the shapewear I did wonder how I was going to get them on – they were so tiny and, as I had opted for small, thought a medium would have been the better choice. Oh how wrong I was! Once I had tried them on they fitted perfectly and were more comfortable than I thought.

Northern Irish fashion designer Zoe Boomer creates beautiful clothing that can be worn effortlessly from day to evening. Each piece combines simplicity, style and luxury which most women want these days – clothing that they can dress up or down with the clever use of accessories! She designs pieces she herself loves to wear and only uses the best silks and chiffons. I’ve fallen head over heels in love with Zoe’s Spring/Summer 2010 Collection. Minimalism and femininity are fused together creating clothing you can wear over and over again!
Having styled for the fabulous Natasha Bedingfield, Zoe has gone from strength to strength in the world of fashion. She studied at the London College of Fashion and after she graduated went to work alongside one of London’s top stylists, styling for London and New York based fashion publications. Zoe has also worked at London Fashion Week and it was in 2006 that she launched her fashion label.
Each collection is created in her studio in Putney and each piece is hand-stitched with Zoe keeping a close eye on all aspects of production, approving every single garment created – dedication and passion for something she loves!
I was extremely lucky to have had a chance to interview Zoe and here is what she said…
