Making a stylish comeback next Spring/Summer is the trouser suit.  This is a great trend for the professional woman and was seen on the catwalks of Sonia Rykiel and Caroline Charles.  It is an amazing transition piece for busy women which is down to the amazing versatility of the style.

London-based Canadian designer Andrew Majtenyi opted for pale colours bordering on cream and styles in refreshing shades of ochre making a lovely change from the usual black, grey and white.  Ochre is also the perfect alternative to bold yellow and can be worn day or night just by swapping accessories and shoes – extremely chic.

The pieces are beautifully structured too and can be worn with a belt to accentuate the waist line and enhance curves.  I’m sure they’ll be massively popular with women across the country.

We’ve been trying out some of the best lotions, potions and gift sets on the market in the run up to Christmas. If you love your beauty stocking fillers then this article is the place to send your partner to so as they get the hint!

In no particular order here are our top 3 (more coming soon!):

Lanolin Golden Ointment

In classic designed packaging, this product not only looks quality and feels nice to touch, but it also contains a wondrous cream that is a ‘Super Moisturiser’ for extremely dry skin, something I suffer from in the winter. The product contains Ultra Pure Medical Grade Lanolin with Manuka Honey & Vitamin E and is fragrance and colouring free – it’s also non greasy and leaves the skin extremely smooth and moistourised! I’ve used it a couple of times since receiving and can honestly say this is one of my favourite moisturizer creams discovered this year!

It retails for £17.99 on www.victoriahealth.com and in Boots from February 2012.

Perfect Secret Anti-Wrinkle Serum

For those a little concerned about those little signs of ageing, this is your magic bullet! The Perfect Secret Anti-Wrinkle Serum claims to deliver immediate results through its combination of ingredients, including Collagen and Aloe Vera. This little product is an extremely viable alternative to painful injectables and it hydrates and heals skin at the same time – bonus! I’ve been applying it to my rather tired looking husband every day for the last 3 days and I have to say his skin is certainly looking tighter – his crow’s feet have certainly reduced. This is a quality product, which I can honestly recommend to my readers. It retails for £39.99 and can be purchased from www.perfectsecret.co.uk.

The rise and rise of UGG has seen a number of competing brands enter the furry boot market, one of them being Ukula, an Australian company to the core and a brand which is quickly gaining a good amount of market share. The reason… the price, quality of materials and styles available are every bit attractive to the retailers as well as consumers.

The brand has already negotiated some fantastic contracts with big department stores and retailers around the world and are available in the UK from, USC stores, Footlocker and online at Sarenza.com and Amazon UK.

We recently received a sample of Ukalas, wanting to review the quality over UGG and other higher priced brands. To be brutally honest, there really isn’t much in it apart from a label – Ukala uses plush Australian Merino wool, they come in a broad range of styles and sizes, but the biggest benefit is the fact they are less than half price of UGGS!!! They really are crazily cheap, check our Amazon – you can pick up a pair for under £50!

We think these are a great investment, obviously not yet a recognisable label BUT we predict big things for this brand in 2012.

Although it’s still winter, I’m already excited about collections for Spring/Summer 2012!  One of my favourite bag brands Fiorelli has some gorgeous ranges coming out in the New Year which I can’t wait to get my little fashionista hands on.

Stand out from the fashion crowd next season by sporting one of Fiorelli’s bags from the London Collection.  Key statement shapes come in stunning clashing neon colours and bold prints and are named after some of London’s well known areas such as Camden, Carnaby, Hoxton and Putney.  The range also includes tablet covers for digital lovers in funky prints and colours as well as adorable little wristlets which are ideal for day and evening – amazing statement pieces!

I adore the use of leopard and python print and glitter flashes which brings a luxury edge to the range.  The clashing of the colours and prints are also so wrong they’re right, working incredibly well together to produce some stunning designs that fans of Fiorelli (and bags!) will love.

The vast colour palette is made up of juicy bright block colours in acid red, neon pink and flashes of aquamarine – not for the faint hearted fashionista!  Nautical stripes bring a real summery edge to the collection whilst polka dots bring a girly flare to pieces.

So why not be bold and daring in the seasons ahead?!  You’ll want every piece the collection has to offer!
