For the more sophisticated kind of boot you might want to check out a pair of these Ramekin’s from Pied a Terre. Given their suede finish it’s probably wise to use them in dry weather only - or at the very least ensure they are properly scotch guard protected. Take advice from the retailer on this before purchase.

Pied a Terre describe them as “60’s round toe lace up high leg boot. Suede Upper. Leather Sole. Heel 5 cm” which retail for £165 ($330).

Autumn and winter boots don’t have to be regulation black and boring anymore. Pink prague duo boots prove that point!
This saucy pair of boots from Patrick Cox also go a long way to restoring some badly needed originality to the Boot arena. Note the elevated knee element to these boots with highly decorative imprint. Really quite striking.

Retail for £450 ($900).

Case in point. Check out these gorgeous leopard print pony skin boots retailing for £299 ($600), by LK Bennett.

Some how I think these boots from Rupert Sanderson belong to a Barbarella themed Christmas party. But on the other hand, they are simply stunning to look at.

Admittedly, their not going to suit everybody and the price is fairly feisty at £585 ($1,100). Nonetheless, for the right purchaser, Rupert Sanderson boots could make you look like a million dollars. Mixing them up with a gun metal mini skirt could work really well.
