London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2011 may be over but here at TopStylista.com we’re still buzzing from all the designers! Lavazza, sponsors of LFW, have been filming at Somerset House capturing the views on the best shows, looks and thoughts from celebrities, designers, models and fashionistas throughout the week.
Here’s an amazing clip of the Amanda Wakeley show – I am a huge fan! Her designs are utter perfection mixing the right balance of beauty, sophistication and glamour. There are also some great interviews in the video too from Tracey Emin, John Tarode, Pippa Wilson, Nicole O’Neil, Mia Frilander, Hayley Nunn and Aradia Crockett!
Pop-sensation Lady Gaga can be seen gracing the cover of Vogue’s March Power Issue sporting a chic pink bob and a daring, gorgeous dress. The image was captured by one of my favourite photographers of all time, Mario Testino, and more images of the pop star can be found inside. One of which she is elegantly flaunting an over the top, yet stunning, feather dress.

I have to admit I am extremely jealous of Gaga. She can put on any outfit or style and look utterly fabulous in it! So not fair…
Marchesa brought out a stunning feather dress not too long ago which was worn by Brazilian beauty Camilla Belle. The gorgeous white number was a perfect choice for subtle evening glamour!

If you want to use Lady Gaga as your style inspiration then why not sport a feather outfit yourself – or even just choose a feather adorned accessory such as a bag or a headband. If you want to accessorise a feather dress though keep your choices simple. You want all focus on the dress!
When it comes to choosing an engagement ring you want it to feel special - and be unbelievably gorgeous of course! Valentine’s Day is just round the corner which means romance and big gestures are in the air!
Susannah Lovis has a stunning collection of engagement rings offering enough sparkle without being over the top. The beautiful, elegant designs in Yellow Gold and Platinum are adorned with emeralds, diamonds, rubies and sapphires making any woman who wears them feel like a princess! You’d feel extremely proud to wear such a gorgeous piece of jewellery.

Celebrities such as Emma Bunton and Martine McCutcheon both got their engagement rings from Susannah Lovis with Bunton recently announcing her engagement to long-term partner Jade Jones live on Dancing On Ice flaunting a huge diamond ring! I think all us ladies are just slightly jealous…
The former Spice Girl Tweeted ‘Yahooooo I’m Engaged! Love you Jade! I’m a very happy lady!!’
Fashionistas and celebs around the world are taking a more masculine approach to their outfits lately mixing strong tailored pieces with feminine accessories - a great combination!
Celebrities who have already jumped on board this whole suit trend are Winona Ryder, Kate Hudson, Leighton Meester, Olivia Wilde and one of my favourite style icons – Alexa Chung who so rocked the whole neck-tie and braces look!
There are so many ways to achieve this trend so have fun with it! From tapered trousers to peg-legged designs and floaty blouses to button up shirts the possibilities are endless and you could come up with some amazing outfits to wear to parties, evening drinks or to daily appointments. Tuxedo jackets and double breasted blazers are a perfect way of completing your outfit. You could even go all out and sport a cummerbund or tie!
To complete your tailored look accessorise with a little feminine boxy clutch, some sparkly jewellery and sky high heels. This really is elegant sophistication at its best!
Muks’ Autumn/Winter 2010 Collection has a gorgeous range of winter boots that are sure to keep your feet and toes super toasty and comfy throughout the cold weather. They have even introduced its first ever Muks Wedge for this season featuring a cross-shaped nail-head studded pattern on the toe with more subtle studding on the leather wrap-around straps.
This stylish brand has an A-List celebrity following consisting of Kate Moss, Beyonce and Kate Hudson so it’s hard to believe that Muks are traditionally worn for hunting in the snow whilst Canadian Aboriginals have been enjoying the warmth and comfort of the Mukluk boot for hundreds of years.
Launched in 2003, Muks has turned this traditional boot into an item adored by fashionistas around the world. Studded suede and luxurious furs can be seen throughout The Glam Rock Collection. Edginess and a hint of femininity are mixed with Native Canadian Aboriginal and 70’s bohemian inspirations to remain true to the traditional Muks.
