We’ve been following Leighton Meester’s style story for some time and as we all know she has been filming the latest series of Gossip Girl on the streets of New York recently. We absolutely LOVE one of her more relaxed outfits, which consisted of a slouchy soft tee, with sporty satin shorts teamed with Mulberry’s gorgeous fringed moccasin boots.

If you’re budget doesn’t stretch as far as the fabulous Mulberry boots then Feud London has a fab pair of fringed booties in the same vivid blue for a snip of the Mulberry price.

Gorgeous English model and reality television personality Sophie Anderton wowed onlookers at Hurtwood Polo on the 17th July by sporting a beautiful cashmere scarf by N. Peal and stunning gold bracelets from Susannah Lovis Jewellers – both based in the well known Burlington Arcade in London.

Susannah Lovis has a beautiful collection of antique and contemporary jewellery.  She loves unusual pieces and her boutique offers everything from small token gifts, engagement rings and items perfect for anniversary and birthday presents.  Her website features breathtakingly stunning pieces and if you’re looking for lots of sparkle you won’t be disappointed!  Prepare your bank balance though as it will take a big hit as the prices are rather hefty!  So if you’re looking for fine quality, interesting jewellery and trinkets and want reliable advice and expert care why not take a stroll over to Susannah Lovis Jewellers!  You too can then dazzle like Sophie Anderton or even wrap yourself up in gorgeous cashmere items from N. Move out of the way Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo (but don’t go too far!) as there is a new shoe trend in town!  Say hello to Worishofers – a clog designed for bunion sufferers but now a hot must-have in the celebrity world.

This sandal definitely puts function and practicality before fashion (although I don’t think they’re all that bad to look at) and actresses such as Maggie Gyllenhaal and Kirsten Dunst have been spotted wearing them.  Being dubbed ‘bunion shoes’ these cork sole wedged sandals, made for ladies who suffer from aching feet, have risen in popularity over the last couple of years.  Featuring a contoured insole designed for maximum comfort they are named after the Bavarian spa town where they are made – Bad Worishofen.

These Worishofers come in several designs and colours to suit your style but never stray too far from their original purpose.  Designed by a German podiatrist in the mid 20th century they are perfect for women on the go and if celebs are jumping on board this sandal wagon then why can’t the rest of us!  Even famous feet must tire of wearing all those stiletto heels…

I’ve fallen in love with British designer Lee Klabin’s Autumn/Winter 2010/11 Collection.  Breathtakingly beautiful structured pieces enhance the womanly silhouette with the help of boning which runs through the panels and seams resulting in traditional British fashion with an artistic flare!

Celebrities such as Dita Von Teese, Sarah Jessica Parker and Lily Cole are already followers of this Israeli born fashion designer.  No wonder really as she manages to create pieces that capture the essence of power dressing but with a feminine edge.  Lee’s obsession with emphasizing the female form was always the driving force behind her creations.  She studied at London College of Fashion and afterwards started to design couture corsets which caught the attention of enough people that she decided to launch an evening Ready-To-Wear Collection which cinch in and accentuate all the right places of a woman’s figure.

Australian fashion label Sass & Bide, I have to say, is one of my favourite designer brands.  The clothes are edgy, quirky, extremely stylish…and just slightly out of my price range.  But that does not mean I can’t admire the clothes from a distance right?

This brand has come leaps and bounds since being founded by Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton in 1999 as it was recognised for its unique and creative denim designs that all us fashionistas fell head over heels for!  Today it has two distinct ranges – sass & bide and S&B VIE.  Both collections offering gorgeous designs and funky, versatile styles.

The founders Sarah-Jane Clarke, aka sass, and Heidi Middleton, aka bide, first met back in 1992 at their school St Aidan’s Anglican Girls School.  Even they couldn’t have predicted how far sass & bide would go having picked up a celebrity following such as Fergie, Nicky Hilton and Hilary Duff.  Now I have always wondered where the name sass & bide came from, and it turns out it was created by combining both Sarah-Jane’s and Heidi’s nicknames.  Such a good idea!
