Candy coloured pastel shades are going to be huge for this Spring/Summer 2012 bringing freshness to our wardrobes.  This trend was seen on the catwalks of Marc Jacobs, Lanvin, Jaeger London, Christopher Kane, Dior and loads more providing us ladies with a subtler pastel palette than we’ve seen in the past.

These pretty pastel shades are ultra feminine, yet totally versatile and can be incorporated into day and evening wear easily.  Combine a mix of pastels in colour-blocked layers if you can’t decide on your favourite colour or stick to one tone.  Stay away from sickly sweet shades and instead opt for wearing icy alternatives such as glacier blue, spearmint green, bitter lemon and damask rose.  Light hearted yet will make a fashionable impact!

I adore the dream like essence of the trend.  The pale and interesting shades make for a lovely change from harsh vibrant tones we saw last season.  Icy pastels are ideal for brightening up your spring wardrobe creating beautiful fresh looks.

Evoke the power of cool this spring ladies!

Beautiful lingerie is a big part of Valentine’s Day, having the ability to make any woman feel sexy.  Fox & Rose, an online luxury lingerie boutique, and Miss Mandalay, a site which was created to give women with bigger busts a chance to wear gorgeous lingerie, both have an amazing range of pieces to make this Valentine’s Day that extra bit special.

Fox & Rose brings together the two sides of a woman which are reflected in the thoughtfully edited selection of the season’s hottest looks.  The balance between the bold and the understated can be seen throughout the luxury boutique, capturing the changing underwear moods that women go through.  There is an amazing range of brands featured on the site such as Fleur of England, Princesse Tam Tam, Pistol Panties, Stella McCartney Else and Mimi Holiday.  And that’s just naming a few!  You’ll have no trouble at all finding something seductively gorgeous!  Sexy styles are given a luxuriously feminine edge with the use of lace and bow detailing.  Flattering designs will compliment your curves perfectly allowing your confidence to soar.

Miss Mandalay reflects the more fun and flirty side of lingerie with the new collection being ultra feminine.  Vibrant shades of red and pink are mixed with lace, frill and bow detailing to bring a range that is oh so perfect for Valentine’s Day!  The brand is truly unique compared to other lingerie sites as it caters for women with bigger busts who struggle to find fashionable pieces.

Making a stylish comeback next Spring/Summer is the trouser suit.  This is a great trend for the professional woman and was seen on the catwalks of Sonia Rykiel and Caroline Charles.  It is an amazing transition piece for busy women which is down to the amazing versatility of the style.

London-based Canadian designer Andrew Majtenyi opted for pale colours bordering on cream and styles in refreshing shades of ochre making a lovely change from the usual black, grey and white.  Ochre is also the perfect alternative to bold yellow and can be worn day or night just by swapping accessories and shoes – extremely chic.

The pieces are beautifully structured too and can be worn with a belt to accentuate the waist line and enhance curves.  I’m sure they’ll be massively popular with women across the country.

Although it’s still winter, I’m already excited about collections for Spring/Summer 2012!  One of my favourite bag brands Fiorelli has some gorgeous ranges coming out in the New Year which I can’t wait to get my little fashionista hands on.

Stand out from the fashion crowd next season by sporting one of Fiorelli’s bags from the London Collection.  Key statement shapes come in stunning clashing neon colours and bold prints and are named after some of London’s well known areas such as Camden, Carnaby, Hoxton and Putney.  The range also includes tablet covers for digital lovers in funky prints and colours as well as adorable little wristlets which are ideal for day and evening – amazing statement pieces!

I adore the use of leopard and python print and glitter flashes which brings a luxury edge to the range.  The clashing of the colours and prints are also so wrong they’re right, working incredibly well together to produce some stunning designs that fans of Fiorelli (and bags!) will love.

The vast colour palette is made up of juicy bright block colours in acid red, neon pink and flashes of aquamarine – not for the faint hearted fashionista!  Nautical stripes bring a real summery edge to the collection whilst polka dots bring a girly flare to pieces.

So why not be bold and daring in the seasons ahead?!  You’ll want every piece the collection has to offer!
