Fashion Dilemma Question:

I’m 35, a typical pear shape and this means I have a very small bust 30A to be exact and far smaller than most of my friends anyway. I find it hard to find grown-up and sophisticated lingerie that fits me. I tend to look on the high street but most of the time I have to resort to wearing teen bras that make me feel young but not in the right way. I am open to shopping online if this means I can find what I am looking for. Can you help me?

Please give me advice on a business trip capsule wardrobe as I am going to Las Vegas in February for 5 days. I need a combination of outfits for business casual meetings and evening events. I work for a pharmaceutical company. For your information, I am an inverted triangle body shape and I have big boobs. I’m 5ft 4, a size 12 on top and a size 10 on bottom. I would also say I am short in the body and have long legs.

Our Moroccan adventure started off in Marrakech where we spent three days sight seeing and exploring the city. At night there was an opportunity to dress up a little so the mix and matching of outfits really came into play with the limited space I allowed myself for the 10 days of out trip.

Hi Lidia,

Please help me! I am a terrible overpacker and this year I am going on my first ever 2 week holiday. Its also the first time I have been out of Europe -I am going to Thailand.

We are going in August so I know it will probably be rainy/humid. My biggest problem is that everyone says buy loads of stuff out there-I am a size 20 so can’t imagine there being much choice for me. Our holiday is mainly a lot of sight seeing and staying in a few nice hotels. I don’t want to look a total mess or like a typical fat tourist.

What an earth can I pack in my case?

Many thanks
Wendy
