Hi Chantelle,
I’ve just come across your website and would love some advice regarding a winter wedding I have been invited to this year.
The bride is one of my closest friends from University and it is one of those events where friends, and indeed past flames we haven’t seen for years will be attending. It doesn’t look likely that I’ll have a plus one for the event and the aim really is to look good, feel comfortable and have a good time.
Now my agony is my large bust - I have a curvy size 10 figure, a flat rear and a 32G bust. Can you recommend some dresses? I would preferably like to divert attention away from my bust and maybe concentrate on my waist? What would you suggest? And also, if you have any advice on winter weddings do’s and don’ts then I would be grateful if you could advise.
Thanks
Anon (please)

Hi Chantelle,
I’m travelling to Europe for the first time, with my husband, for my 40th birthday.
I’ll be spending 7 days in Rome (with possible day trips to cities nearby) and 10 days in Paris. November should be cold, I’m Brazilian, so I’m trying to put together a smart and functional wardrobe for the trip.
Whenever I travel, I tend to be a little crazy. Two years ago I spent 15 days in a tropical beach in the northeast of Brazil and carried 16 pairs of shoes, including flip flops, sandals and high heels.
This time I intend to travel with only one suitcase, but would appreciate to have your tips.
My daily style is jeans, smart blouses or tunics, boots or platform sandals, completed by accessories produced by me ... which means jewellery and handbags.
Thank you in advance for your help ... I’m short (5.3ft) and chubby (125lbs ) ...

The answers to most questions that ladies are wanting to know are; is a personal stylist really worth the money and do they really help you?
I would of course be biased and say ‘yes, of course they are/do’ but I suppose it depends on the reason why you would want to book a personal stylist like myself in the first place.

Dear Chantelle,
I genetically have wide hips and junk in my trunk as well as having long legs. I’ve searched and searched but can’t find any jeans that fit me just right.
Is there any place you can suggest?
Thank you for your help!

Most of us now work in the corporate world, not necessarily from the hours from 9 til 5 but all the same in an office environment.
If you work full-time then your work clothes are practically the most important part of your wardrobe these days as we tend to spend most of our lives working … You may think this is funny and I bet not many of you have thought about it but - where else in life can your clothes have a genuine effect on your future? Your appearance at work can genuinely be the difference between getting a future promotion and being stuck in the same role forever. A depressing thought, but if you feel like your stuck in a rut then why don’t try these styling tips to prove to yourself that you really can do it. It won’t happen overnight but if you think about changing one thing every week then you’ll soon see your confidence rise and hopefully your paycheck too!
